The apartment is situated a short walk from the beach and major tourist attractions of Paphos. Cyprus enjoys long warm summers and mild winters, making it an ideal all-year-round destination. There are many historic sites to visit as well as beautiful countryside to explore, several golf courses and of course watersports in the warm waters of the Mediterranean.

Description

This luxurious apartment combines all the modern conveniences you could require with comfortable and stylish furnishing throughout. The open-plan living room comprises a comfortable lounge seating 6 persons, a well-appointed kitchen and a dining area seating 6 persons. There is a television with a selection of satellite channels and DVD/CD player for your entertainment.

There are 3 bedrooms: a master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms (1 with en suite bathroom). The twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom has its own front door access and can be closed off from the rest of the apartment, together with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, kettle and toaster, giving a greater degree of privacy than is available in most apartments and making it ideal for two families wishing to holiday together. All bedrooms have ample wardrobes. All bed linen is provided (at no extra charge).

There are 3 bathrooms, all with ceramic tiling: the main bathroom and two en suite bathrooms. All have a shower over the bath, a wash basin and a w.c. Towels are provided (at no extra charge).

The apartment has air conditioning for cooling and heating (at no extra charge).

The apartment has 3 private terraces, plus a balcony off the master bedroom and another balcony off the en suite twin bedroom: the rooftop terrace is equipped with a spa and six sun loungers and has a delightful view over the gardens and swimming pool. Another terrace is equipped with an al fresco dining table seating 6 persons, while the third terrace has 2 chairs and a coffee table. The communal swimming pool also has ample sun loungers for sunbathing.

The convenient location of the apartment close to shops, tavernas and all the attractions of Paphos means that a car is not necessary. However, the apartment has under cover parking within the apartment building (which keeps your car cool in the heat of the Mediterranean summer), so the apartment is ideal for those who wish to explore Cyprus.
